(1) Ocean Freight Service: We handle all export procedures from our Guangzhou, China warehouse to Australia: receiving, sorting, packing, container loading, export, customs declaration and clearance, customs clearance at all Australian ports, and door-to-door delivery.
(2) Air Freight Service: We handle all export procedures from our Shenzhen, China warehouse to Australia: receiving, sorting, packing, arranging flight export, customs declaration and clearance, customs clearance at all Australian ports, and door-to-door delivery.
(3) Warehouse Entry Information: After both parties confirm the door-to-door freight rate, before the goods arrive at our warehouse... Please fill in the address strictly according to the warehouse code we provide and mark the goods; then provide a packing list and consignee/consignee information. Once we receive the goods, we will immediately organize them and arrange shipping to Australia.
(4) Delivery Time in Australia
Sea Freight: Regular weekly container loading in Melbourne, Australia, with fast door-to-door delivery (approximately 22 days from container loading to door in Australia);
Air Freight: Delivery time for air freight is 5-7 working days (this will generally increase by 2-3 working days if customs or commodity inspection is involved).
(5) Cubic Meter Calculation
Sea Freight: Charges are based on the volume of the goods in cubic meters (length x width x height = cubic meters), with a weight limit of 500 kg per cubic meter. The quotation includes international sea freight, customs declaration, clearance, and delivery fees.
Air Freight: For bulky goods, the chargeable weight is calculated as length x width x height / 6000. For heavy goods, the chargeable weight is calculated by comparing the volumetric weight and the actual weight, whichever is greater. See the price list for detailed fees.
(6) Delivery Area: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth within Australia. Shippers must provide detailed pick-up and delivery addresses and a packing list to confirm pick-up and delivery fees.
(7) Packaging: Fragile items should be packed in plywood crates. Wooden products or raw log packaging require fumigation.
(8) Cities with direct routes: China to Australia, Sydney (SYDNEY) China to Australia, Melbourne (MELBOURNE) China to Australia, Perth (PERTH) China to Australia, Brisbane (BRISBANE) China to Australia, Adelaide (ADELAIDE)
(9) Items that can be transported (professionally importing Chinese food to Australia):
1. Furniture and household items such as sofas, mattresses, pianos, dining tables, rattan chairs, TV cabinets, kitchen cabinets, dressing tables, etc.
2. Building decoration items such as lamps, kitchenware, and bathroom fixtures

(10) Items that cannot be transported: Goods prohibited by customs and commodity inspection; goods restricted by customs and commodity inspection can apply for an import license in advance.
